Irish Cream, that is. For your coffee. You know, to make it Irish (aka – your coffee is now filled with booze, just like nature intended). Today’s recipe comes from Mary Beth from MBZ Interiors. Mary Beth designs beautiful interior spaces, but also has a knack for designing delicious food. These crepes are super easy (I mean, I guess if you’ve ever made made crepes, which I obviously haven’t), and apparently you can eat them with sour cream, which is pretty much my favorite food…if we’re not counting Cheetos, Cheez Whiz, Cheese Popcorn, Velveeta or double stuf Oreos.

So enjoy these awesome crepes, and a bit of the Irish Cream for your coffee.
