Occasionally when I’m sad, I like to hang out with a tiny stuffed Serta sheep. Yeah, it’s kind of weird, but not as weird as these crazy people. Seriously, if you haven’t clicked on that link, do – you will not be disappointed. Anyway, what can I say…I have allergies, rendering me unable to have a real pet, so I’ve anthropomorphized a miniature as-seen-on-tv sheep. No biggie.

While browsing the internets today (ok, yes, I Googled Serta Sheep), I came across what would cheer me up infinitely more than my Serta sheep:

Lambie Cupcakes

Cupcakes that look like Serta sheep. Genius. I’ve never wanted to hug a cupcake so much in my life. Recipe lives here.

Oven Baked Tater Tots

Tots are one of my most favorite things in the world, and they’re making a comeback! You can find tots at mostCornballer Arrested Development respectable bars around my neighborhood, but if you’re in the mood to make some at home, here’s a recipe that looks awesome from Pennies on a Platter. P.S. No Fry Daddy required, but if you have a Cornballer, that just might work.

Candied, Salted Bacon from the Kitchn

A recipe for Candied, Salted Bacon at The Kitchn. I just don’t think it’d be the same if you subbed turkey bacon and Splenda for the real thing…

I can barely contain my excitement over this recipe. I’m not Armenian, and I don’t believe I’ve ever had Armenian food, but I know that any recipe that calls 2 pounds of Muenster cheese, a stick and a half of butter, cottage cheese and egg roll wrappers is right up my alley. I don’t think there’s any way this could be Weight Watchers friendly – ever – but enjoy! Sou Boreg Recipe

Sou Boreg

I found this recipe via The Kitchn. It lives at a food blog called Cave Cibum that I might just have to start reading, if not for the Sou Boreg, then for these:

Star Wars Cookies

Listen up, everyone. I’m turning 30 in May, and all I want for my birthday is for someone to procure a set of Star Wars cookie cutters from Williams Sonoma, and then spend quite a few hours preparing these for me. I’m partial to Yoda and Darth Vader. You’re welcome!
