Weekly Weigh-in: November 2 & November 9

After a slight mishap with some baby Butterfingers, and a paltry loss followed by a paltry gain, followed by another paltry loss on November 2 (down .2), I’m once again back on track. I’ve been tracking and logging all my Points into the Weight Watchers food tracker (I am paying $12.95/month for this service, might as well use it once in a while), and I’ve also been logging my runs and workouts into Map My Run. Here’s the lesson portion of this blog post, kiddies – hard work pays off; I’m down 1.8 lbs, which def. warrants an exclamation point! My pants feel much less like they could burst at any given moment, which is encouraging.
