As predicted, I was up this week. Fatty (that is my nickname for myself – endearing, I know) really enjoyed herself at that Cubs game (I started with an entire half a Home Run Inn pizza for an appetizer), chowed down on Pei Wei and wrapped up the weekend with a cinnamon roll the size of a Volkswagen at French Meadow bakery in Minneapolis.
I was not surprised that I had gained weight, but I was only up 1.4 pounds from last week. Overall I’m still down almost 3 pounds, and I’m pretty sure I can get back into fighting shape this week. I’ve been doing well with eating this week, I’ve got workouts planned and I’m going to try to be conservative with food over the weekend. Hopefully I’ll have better results for you next week!
